In case you think your services are completed/over, you can go our plans page and buy the services so that we can activate the same
- Incorrect server URL. You may have entered the server URL incorrectly. You will need to make sure you have entered the server URL exactly same as it was provided in the activation email. Sometimes, server URL may get changed, but you will get an email from our side.
For channel freezing issue
Most of the time it is because of connection issues at the customer end however sometimes it may be caused by Server itself. To determine the issue, please check below steps:
- Internet connection issues. Most of the time it is because your box don’t get uniform internet connection at the time of connecting to the portal. You may have very high speed of connection but fluctuation may happen at any time.
You can do below steps to resolve the issue:
>> Try connecting the box through Ethernet cable
>> Try to run speed check application to make sure your box is getting proper speed
>> Restart the box. Sometimes it helps in resetting the internet connection to the box - Server issues. Many times it caused from the server end. We have experienced that sometimes Servers performance gets slowed due to high volume or may be they need maintenance.
However, these slowness are temporary and doesn’t last long - Check if all the channels are freezing or only few. If there are only few channels are having freezing issue, that means its is from Sever end.
- Sometimes simple internet fluctuation also cause little bit of freezing and to get rid of that, you may need to change the channel and come back again.
Many users restarted the box to get fresh internet speed if there were any fluctuations.
For channel unavailability
Please note that channels and their performance are been managed by Server people and we do not have any control over it.
If there are some channels which were available before or perming well before, they may available or perform well again in some time as Server people do maintain these at their end.
In case the channels are really important, please contact support and we will request these guys to take a look and keep us updated.
We do not control or manage channels
There are couple of reasons when you enter your server URL and it just stuck and don’t load while connecting. below are the reasons:
- Internet connection issues. Most of the time it is because your box don’t get uniform internet connection at the time of connecting to the portal. You may have very high speed of connection but fluctuation may happen at any time.
You can do below steps to resolve the issue:
>> Try connecting the box through Ethernet cable
>> Try to run speed check application to make sure your box is getting proper speed
>> Restart the box. Sometimes it helps in resetting the internet connection to the box - Server issues. Many times it caused from the server end. We have experienced that sometimes Servers performance gets slowed due to high volume or may be they need maintenance.
However, these slowness are temporary and doesn’t last long - Location specific. We found that sometimes the service just don’t connect in specific locations, and we don’t have any control over it.
The main reason for this error message that your services are expired. you will need to buy new subscription.
In case you think your service period is not yet over, please contact support and we will take a look at the issue upon expiration/discontinuation of your services.
- Go to Google Play on your Android box
- Search for the word “STB Emulator“
- Install the Free version off StbEmu
Once it is installed, it will look something like this –>
On the Top Right Corner, you will see 3 dots to go to Settings On the Settings, go to Profile menu
You can Add Profile or click on existing profile We prefer to Add new profile so that it will not affect existing profile. Profile name in the picture is just an example.
Check and MAC Address and send the same to us
We need this MAC address to give you subscription. Your subscription is tagged to the MAC address of your box.
Once you get the Portal URL from us, you need to go to Portal settings Enter the Portal URL and Press OK to save it
After entering the Portal URL, your StbEmu will update the channel list for you and you will be able to watch the same.
URL in the picture is just an example.
Step 1: On the main menu, click on “Settings” as depicted in the below picture.
Step 2: Now click on “Servers” and proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Now you must insert your “Server URL” as well as adding a name (It can be any name you want) and click on “Connect“. You can also use username and password from your M3U with options line and connect to your IPTV servers by clicking on the “Use Credentials” box, however, connecting to the servers through the MAG portal is way simpler. Please note, the server URL is provided by your IPTV distributor and the mac address of your device must be registered inside the IPTV providers server.
Step 4: After clicking on “Connect“, the channels will immediately pop up and you can click on any channel and start the stream..jpg)
